Middle School at Farber
The Middle School Mission is to work towards the success of every middle school student for their physical, social, emotional, and intellectual needs. Intellectual curiosity, academic exploration, opportunities for social maturation, as well as self-reflection, are woven throughout our Middle School.
In Grades 6-8, Farber’s Judaic and General Studies curricula expand the breadth of skills and knowledge students have mastered in Elementary School, while deepening their educational experience and preparing them for a college preparatory High School experience.
Middle School is often called the “age of exploration”, and we offer our Middle School students the opportunities to learn about stimulating topics and pursue distinctive interest through our enrichment series. Ours is a rigorous, developmentally-appropriate program that provides students with the academic, social and critical thinking skills necessary to compete and thrive in the 21st century. We average 13 students in our Middle School classrooms, providing structure and opportunity for individual attention and support.
